Me and mum sold at Priddy Folk Festival this year and apart from the rainy rainy weather it was lovely! Especially when the sun peeked out from behind the clouds on Sunday, take a look at the photos..
This is what i wore on the say of set up! My forever-n-ever-lasting high waisted vintage Levis which i purchased from the charity shop nearly 5 years ago from a charity for only £5.99. How much do you see these shorts sell for in vintage shops today? Between £20-£30.. such a bargain hunter! The top I bought from a vintage shop in Paris for un euro and the bag is one my mum currently has selling on her stall which i have utterly adored since she bought it. It's a vintage bag made from weaved plastic and bamboo handles!
Beautiful mummy :)
So mum and sort of me came up with the idea of rolling and sewing up the sleeves on the collection of vintage Hawaiian shirts we have on the rails and it makes such a difference..
I couldn't let this dress get away without being displayed to the beautiful beings of Priddy. It's a gorgeous silk, leaf print vintage dress. Almost in the style of the 1940s tea dress in juxtaposed colours of leafy greens, muddy browns and almost a mustard green with buttons falling all the way down the front of the dress..
Teamed with a box framed vintage conker brown leather bag, such a lovely outfit!
This mannequin is dressed in my mums vintage top and my vintage, high waisted, parma violet coloured shorts which randomly matched so perfectly with the colour of the leaf patterns on the top!
Just look at these gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous wellies! Yes gorgeous three times, if they were my size I wouldn't let my mum get away with selling them. We went to the carboot on the Sunday morning of the festival and mummy bought back these beaut Hawaiian print wellies, so vibrant and cute. They seem to have no brand either so we are assuming that they are vintage?
